Terri Morris owned her first piece of real estate by the age of 21. Terri is a graduate of the University of Mars Hill, Mars Hill, NC with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. She moved to NYC to work in the fashion business on Madison Avenue. After 23 years of the Manhattan Skyline and a growth of acquiring diverse properties from farming to shorefront, Terri found herself moving to Aiken where she has remained for over 10 years to continue her passion for real estate and equestrian sports.

Shady Cottage was awesome! Beds were super comfy, nice bathroom and kitchen and the fenced yard was so nice for my pup! Super close to Highfields and downtown. Minor internet issue the first night but they had someone there to fix it by Noon the next day. Overall fantastic stay!

The Lodge was incredible! The rooms were perfect sizes and the fireplaces made it so warm and cozy on the cold winter nights. I think one of the best parts was the heater function in the bathrooms! It was consistently warm at all times. The outdoor fireplace was great as well! I spent a good few mornings just reading a book outside next to it. It was used once but just the aesthetic of it made it feel so homey. My kids really enjoyed the lower level with all the games they had! Overall a great Christmas family escape!
